Description
Position Summary
The Parish Engagement Coordinator supports the mission of Jesus Christ entrusted to His Church through exceptional administrative service, pastoral sensitivity, and collaborative teamwork. This position provides organizational and clerical support to parish staff, clergy, volunteers, and parishioners while helping foster a hospitable and faith-filled environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to the pastor, parish staff, and ministry leaders.
Prepare schedules and parish communication, coordinate calendars, welcome new parishioner registrations, process forms and other parish-related documentation.

Hospitality and Pastoral Care
Respond to inquiries and requests with professionalism, discretion, and pastoral sensitivity.
Assist and help direct individuals seeking information, spiritual support, or connections to parish ministries.
Foster a deeper commitment to discipleship within the community.

Teamwork and Collaboration
Work closely with clergy, staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders to support parish programs, liturgies, and events.
Foster positive working relationships that promote a spirit of collaboration and mutual respect.
Support volunteer engagement and communication efforts across parish ministries.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic faith environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and parish management software or the ability to learn new systems.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in administrative support or office management preferred.
